ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: UX plan, UX strategy, user research, UX requirements, personas, user journey, information architecture, wireframe, prototype, usability testing, client facing design review, mentor, and presented internally as UX subject matter expert
DESCRIPTION: As lead UX designer I collaborated with business analysts, visual designers, developers and project managers. My role on each project was to strategize UX integration with other department leads. I planed, completed, and presented UX deliverable to associates, including department leads and clients. Projects included website redesign, usability testing, mixed reality user research, marketing and strategic initiatives. Marketing promote UX efforts to enhance contract proposals. Strategic initiatives are UX efforts for technology with unrealized utilization. I as provided content for contract proposals
Outcome: All UX effort were completed. Some projects are ongoing and other reached their conclusion. Proposals have been completed and in some cases have been awarded contracts.
