DESCRIPTION: I worked in Hong Kong as Product Designer. I designed the UX for a home phone catered to the eldercare market. I worked with industrial designers, business analyst and production specialist to identify opportunities and limitation for the phone.
I performed user research, market research and a journal review. I created the information architecture for the menu structure, developed custom iconography and fonts. I also created pixel perfect wireframes and performed usability testing.
Outcome: A phone was produced and sold in the US market.
