ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: User research, personas, brand standards, UX requirements, information architecture, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, design reviews, usability testing & identify future priorities.
DESCRIPTION: My role was to design features on a member based website, that included a redesigned search, saved/favorited design, predictive content recommendations and role based interfaces. I worked with business analyst, graphic designers and developers.
I performed user research, UX design and usability testings. I also lead design reviews and identified priority features.
Outcome: The features were integrated into the website, then modified based on usability testing in an iterative process.
